Ok....I'm in a relationship with this guy...problem is I don't know how to tell him that I'm a lesbian. I mean the ------ chemistry with us is there...but I just don't see having anything long-term with him. What shoud I do? Should I plain out tell him that I don't see anything long-term and that I'm a lesbian? I'm so confused right now..I just need some advice on what to do. I mean my family knows I'm gay and very little of them accept me besides my mom n dad. So I am hesitant on telling my bf that I'm gay cause I don't want him to like reject me. I mean I love him but not like that. Ya know?

`I don't get it, you are a lesbian but you are with a guy? I am a lesbian also and I won't gp with guys at all!in 1986 Iwas told I had to date men when I first transitioned and I hated it, when I was freed from that I never looked back. I have been since then but never by my free will.

`It'll hurt him less to hear it now, than for it to carry on and for him to not have the chance to find a long term partner... Same for you too!
Are you sure you aren't bi? (Just cos you have a boyf and mention ------ chemistry...)

`This is a decision only you can make. What do you really want to do? Don't let others decide for you.

`stephaniets9 being honest with him and yourself is a big step, but the only one to true happiness, if he is really keen on you he should want to remain a friend, if not you are probably better off without him to avoid big problems in the future. I too went through your path 20yrs ago and somethings hurt when you get rejection by women , but don't settle for second best.
