I am looking for friends who can show me around the lesbian "out" scene. I am slow, but learning. I am more interested in friendship than romance, but if sparks fly . . . . I love to read books that teach about the human experience, whether fiction or non. I exercise regularly and enjoy being outside -- biking, walking, hiking. I am a good listener but also a good talker. I work in social services and love my job. I can be a workaholic when required, and when I'm through kickin' butt I'm ready to kick back and relax. I'm not a fan of regular alcohol consumption but enjoy a glass of wine here and there. I like women who are honest and a bit self-reflective, have a sense of humor (so important!) and are interested in maintaining some degree of fitness. I'm very liberal and in the religious department would be considered agnostic. If any of this sounds like a recipe for friendship to you, let me know.
