I am very kind and value communication. I have a great sense of humor and can still act human at the end of a long day. I am a dedicated writer and earn a living doing teaching artist and administrative work. I like adventures off the beaten path, discovering new places in the 5-bourogh area and finding delight in simple and sublime ways. I'm a pretty good cook and often try new recipes, being especially partial to soup. I also love to go on bike rides, see plays, comedy shows and other performing arts events, and, hangin' out for a latte. I listen to NPR when I'm not torn away by the morbid news reports on 1010WINS. I am a theatre artist (writer & performer) and am committed to living in NYC on a long term basis. I aspire to have a functional, growing life and want to be with folks who have with similar aspirations.
I would love to meet women who share mutual interests for fun and dating. Women who are super nice folk, into honest communication and are young at heart!! And, meeting someone with a sense of humor ranging from the subtle to outrageous is very important. Ultimately, finding a partner who is creative and would joyfully build a partnership in a committed relationship is ideal. However, I’m also totally open to casual dating and s--. Why should gay men have all the fun??

favorite things:
I prefer plays over movies, horror flicks over romance flicks, ANYTHING over TV, the farmers market over the grocery store, beach in winter over beach in summer, personal essays over fiction and psycho-therapy over moon goddess worship.
