Looking for a woman to get to know and love Looking for friendship and more. I want to reach out and get to know people and in time I hope to find the right person to be a friend and partner in every way they feel comfortable being with me. Like the economy I am recovering from many recessions in my life including literal unemployment. I'm definitely in an upswing in many ways. I enjoy reading, writing and many kinds of music.

I love cats and most animals, even some "unpopular" ones like insects and reptiles. My favorite musics range from Lady Gaga to George Gershwin and Gun's N Roses to Madonna with a special affection for 80s music. I would love to check out some of your favorite musics. I love sharing and exchanging listens to songs and albums.

Some of my favorite TV shows include The Walking Dead, Through the Wormhole, Bold and the Beautiful and I enjoy watching sports on TV. I would love to go to live games once I can fit those in my budget. Overall I do not watch TV as much as I used to as I try to get in shape.

I am very much a novice, but finally am starting a healthy eating and exercise plan. More like trying to work more steps and motion into my day to day life. If you're very active and in shape yourself, you may have to slow down a bit for me to keep up, but I'm determined to close the gap over time.

I'm very much a work in progress with the progress under way.

Last but not least, I am an atheist lesbian. It can be tough being in a very conservative part of California having believers proudly tell me and show me their theism along with homophobes the unaccepting. I believe very much in live and let live but do not want beliefs, even degrees of atheism differing from mine shoved down my throat. You respect my point of view and I will gladly return the favor.
